24th International Automobil-Elektronik Kongress – special 2020

THE ORGANIZERS

Even the postponement of the 24th International Automotive Electronics Congress in Ludwigsburg from June 2020 to the beginning of November makes it impossible for many potential visitors and speakers to travel to the event location due to the still remaining massive travel restrictions. Because personal conversations in Ludwigsburg are a very central element of this networking congress, we have decided – after intensive consultations with the advisory board – to offer a new, stimulating and interactive format. We are doing this to bridge this pandemic-influenced time span until the 25th Automotive Electronics Congress will take place as a live event in Ludwigsburg on June 22/23, 2021 in the proven manner.

With the “Automobil-Elektronik Kongress – special 2020” we offer a virtual event on November 23 and 24, 2020, where some speakers will attend physically at the Panorama Lounge high above the roofs of Munich, while other participants and speakers will be directly connected via the Internet.

In the Panorama Lounge, which is located on the 26th floor of the Süddeutsche Zeitung high-rise building, we will set up a TV studio from which the contributions, discussions and keynotes will be broadcast worldwide and live. In their inspiring presentations speakers will all address the main topic: digitization in the automotive industry. In order to encourage interaction, both the strictly limited number of guests on site and the virtually connected participants can address their questions directly to the speakers. Networking 1:1 and a chat roulette will be available as well as specially prepared topic rooms. Although this is no substitute for the spirit of Ludwigsburg, we will offer a new environment of opportunities to learn about trends and developments while providing a good possibility to exchange ideas personally as well.

You can register directly for a virtual participation for a fee of €695 plus VAT. During registration, you will also be able to indicate that you would like to be invited to attend the event physically at the Panorama Lounge in Munich. There is no additional charge for this. We will then check the available seats and contact you as soon as possible.
