Increasing sustainability and operations efficiency with simulation software

Abstract: Companies need to maintain energy availability to the world while reducing CO2 footprint and complying with climate initiatives. Reducing CO2 emissions is both a matter of energy efficiency and resource management as well as developing viable technologies to capture and sequester CO2.  For both, simulation is mandatory when designing innovative equipment and processes. ESSS provides solutions to the energy industry through extensions of Ansys family of tools and commissioning of advanced technologies such, CO2 transport, online monitoring and digital twins of energy equipment and processes.

Our 10min presentation would use 2-3min to explain who ESSS is and how we interact with Ansys family (as a distributor, as a developer of Ansys Rocky and as a solution provider that can customize Ansys tools and deploy sophisticated systems using proprietary technology). The rest of the presentation will show examples dedicated to the Energy sector, using Fluent, Rocky and a digital twin. We can acknowledge Rescale in some of the examples as well, in a way that the audience understand that ESSS can be the “glue” that connects all these technologies to solve energy industry challenges.
