We are growing rapidly and we are looking for an addition to our global HR team – Office Assistant.

In this role you will be responsible for the overall office management, travel arrangements, you will help with the coordination of meetings and events and at the same time you will be responsible for the purchasing – e.g. sourcing equipment, goods, and services, managing vendors across all of our global entities and implementing and maintaining contract process management.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Office management (administrative and operational tasks)
  • Arrangement of business trips
  • Planning and coordination of meetings and company events
  • Business-related documents preparation
  • Making travel arrangements, booking hotels
  • Preparing presentations and other documents needed for meetings, calls, etc.
  • Ad-hoc tasks delivery

Core Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Previous work experience as an Office Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Full professional proficiency in Czech and English
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
