Within the customer success entity and attached to the Netvibes brand, you will join the Netvibes user success (technical support) team, based in Paris, made up of 5 employees.

You will process and respond, in your area of ​​NETVIBES expertise, to all technical requests submitted by our users and share your know-how within the knowledge base as well as through the communities.

The targeted area of ​​expertise corresponds to NETVIBES applications 

The quality of our responses within the given deadlines is the key to the success of our mission. If you assess the technical request as an incident, you will be responsible for its reproduction and analysis and you will have to ensure the resolution of this incident by tracking and validating the correction.

Your contribution and your future challenges…

  • Provide technical expertise on our NETVIBES applications and coordinate communication with R&D and customer
  • Organize interviews with the customer when necessary in order to quickly converge on the resolution of his problem
  • Coordinate efforts and priorities with the R&D teams involved in order to meet customer expectations
  • Share your experience with User Success teams and users

Your strengths for success…

With an engineering or university education with a specialization in computer science , you want to enhance your first experience within a software development or customer support service.

  • Good relational skills in order to satisfy our customers
  • Be autonomous and able to manage several tasks or incidents in parallel
  • Good team spirit, dynamic, enthusiastic, tenacious and rigorous
  • Have technical knowledge of web servers, Unix/Windows operating systems, and JAVA/SQL programming.
