The User Adoption Program Manager’s main mission is to build, implement and expand a program to improving user adoption of the ENOVIA cloud portfolio in our customer base and for new customers. The program purpose resolves around the following objectives:

  • Boost ENOVIA Brand adoption on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform cloud- Increasing the “stickiness” of our roles and to help make our customers and users successful.
  • Know our users to provide data-driven marketing content & services
  • Connect and build deep relationships with ENOVIA brand community.
  • Strengthen brand innovation, thought- leadership and awareness.
  • Build customer trust and authenticity.

What will you role be ?

Adoption Program Planning & Execution    

  • Conduct continuous audit of the internal and SaaS market user adoption and onboarding landscape. Stay appraised of top onboarding and adoption tools and methods
  • Engage with cross-disciplinary teams such as sales, experts, partners, support and customers to understand the current adoption state. Highlight areas of the onboarding/adoption path that are causing drop out
  • Design and refine a comprehensive ENOVIA Cloud User Adoption Strategy mapped around the Brand User journeys. Understand user motivations, needs, beliefs and roadblocks to adoption
  • Identify and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams that can support the User Adoption program development, deployment and maintenance. Align & coordinate with other brands Adoption efforts.
  • Define content development plan and deliverables
  • Implement adoption deliverables
  • Evangelize the ENOVIA User Adoption within Dassault Systèmes

Measurement & Tracking

  • Design tracking plan & work with R&D teams to implement it
  • Define and create adoption metrics dashboard to user adoption metrics and program satisfaction score

User Engagement

  • Support ENOVIA User Advocacy team on coordination and events management on EMEAR Events
  • Support brand CEO on internal and external events/ meetings
  • Conduct interviews with ENOVIA Champions & users  and support agency coordination for stories development

Your key succss factors…

Background:     

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience in: marketing planning, execution, marketing operations and/or sales operations, business analysis, leading change, managing projects with multiple tracks

Competencies:     

  • Experience in marketing program management and stakeholder coordination
  • Effective Verbal and Written Communication –fluent in English
  • Experience and passion for content planning and creation – particularly creating learning materials, or documentation for SaaS products
  • Experience and passion for process, data, measurements and detail
  • Strong Ability to Multi-Task
  • Ability to motivate and evangelize
