Responsibilities:

Manage the implementation of compliance projects and initiatives to help support Keysight’s global ethics and compliance program, including:

  • Keysight’s Standards of Business Conduct and other related compliance policies and procedures
  • Third party due diligence program oversight
  • Risk assessment and monitoring of compliance program effectiveness
  • Training and awareness initiatives
  • Data analytics and periodic reporting

Provide support for compliance investigations led by Keysight’s compliance team or external counsel, such as:

  • Gathering and reviewing information and documents
  • Assisting with interviews
  • Preparation of investigation reports and recommendations for remedial compliance measures
  • Monitoring and documenting the investigations process from inception to close
  • Assessment of trends in allegations and inquiries
  • Administer compliance program resources in an effective and efficient manner by managing Keysight’s compliance tools, systems, vendors / suppliers, as well as maintaining Keysight’s internal repositories of compliance documents.
  • Support compliance activities throughout the Keysight enterprise by engaging with business teams and other corporate functions (e.g., legal, export compliance, information security,  internal audit, finance and human resources) to help answer questions and clarify compliance requirements as appropriate.

Min Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience supporting global compliance programs
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Sound judgment and ability to clearly and effectively communicate orally and in writing
  • Team player who welcomes responsibility and thinks creatively to solve problems
  • Positive attitude and good sense of humor
  • Solid understanding of ethics and compliance requirements related to anti-corruption, trade compliance, antitrust / competition, privacy and data protection, and conflicts of interest.
  • Expertise managing compliance activities in one or more of the following areas: internal investigations, policies and procedures, risk assessment, monitoring, and/or training and awareness
