Job Description
This role will be supporting Hardware Operations and Fulfillment Team for a large volume product family. Below are some of the key tasks and responsibilities for this role performed on a weekly or daily basis:
- Coordinate with Management on inventory reconciliations and cycle counts.
- Responsible for managing daily inventory transactions; goods receipts and outgoing shipments to suppliers.
- Provide weekly cycle counts and inventory transaction reconciliation reports.
- Constant communication with key stakeholders and management.
- Communicate and be able to track gaps in inventory process and transactions.
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrate judgement, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
- Strong analytical skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Research inconsistencies in inventory discrepancies and facilitate any non-conforming receipts.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently toward defined goals, maintain procurement goals at highest level
- Attention to details is a must
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must have minimum 5 years SAP experience
- 5+ years’ experience with Inventory management.
- Clear understanding of ISO and SOX requirements.
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP Reporting.
- Communicates effortlessly and efficiently at all levels
- Ability to adapt quickly (think outside of the box), problem solve and provide input on process and procedure enhancements.
- Previous work history with offsite inventory storage and 3PL storage is a plus.
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $64,000-$112,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
