Lead compensation management team to initiate, plan, and execute Taiwan total compensation related projects and process to ensure Total Compensation competitiveness for talent attraction and retention.

Strong total reward knowledge, good leadership and communication skills
Qualifications

Total reward planning & implementation in HQ of global company and with at least 5 years of management experiences.

Capable to probe potential concerns, integrate multiple inputs & processes and develop solutions to enhance effectiveness.

Ability to learn HR domains, processes, PMP, and systems to generate insights, solutions, and recommendations.

Willing to take initiative and follow-through to deliver quality results with strong attention to details.

General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.

Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Fluent in both spoken and written English/Mandarin.
