Description
1.Drive standardization, efficiency gains and simplifications in HR processes globally while also keeping the customer needs in mind.
2.Continuously enhance efficiency and streamline internal process by analysis, and take ownership of updating or creating new insights.
3.Support ongoing enhancement of HRIS with global focus.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Management, or the related domains.
2.Minimum 5 years of working experience in either HR or Operational Excellence.
3.Sufficient experience and knowledge of HR Systems (Success Factor or others).
4.Proven track record of project management from project initiation to completion.
5.Proficient in connecting data to yield insights to produce practical actions.
6.Proficient in both English and Chinese, especially in writing & speaking.
7.Excellent and influential people skills to work with multiple stakeholders and drive positive results.
8.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities.
9.A true team layer who is not afraid to take initiative and can think out of the box to drive change and innovation.
10.With proactive, data-driven, and global approach mindset.
