With the help of your tutor Julie, you will participate in the reliability of processes related to payroll and personnel administration activities. To do this, you will ensure that procedures are written, our monitoring tables are improved, and our Excel files to help with payroll calculations are improved.
In order to familiarize yourself with the processes, you will support payroll managers in their recurring tasks: entering variable payroll data, managing working hours including for employees on shifts, managing sickness files, completing employment contracts and final settlements.

• In training as a payroll / human resources manager at BTS, BUT or license level, you are looking for an internship that can last from a few weeks to several months.
• You want to develop your skills in the field of payroll and personnel administration within an innovative production industry.
• Your organizational skills will allow you to actively contribute to essential projects for the management of teams allowing the smooth running of the company.
