Lead Application Engineer (SI/PI/RF)

• Lead coordinating and executing all technical activities throughout all the
  sales opportunity on Cadence Clarity/Sigrity/EMX/AWR products technical pre-sale such as customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations.
• Provide key technical support for key customers for Clarity/Sigrity/EMX/AWR
  pre-sale evaluation and measurement correlation support
• Create simulation solutions to streamline customer workflows in support of technical trainings and workshops for key customers’ RF Circuit, Microwave Component, Antenna design/analysis, and SI/PI analysis flow build-up
• Understand customer needs and create elegant and efficient cross-team working group to solve complex problems
• Participate in internal RD/PE/AE corporate initiatives to further enhance the solution and key features
• Participate in the development and mentoring of team members
• Support marketing promotion by articulating Cadence value proposition
• Develop advanced training classes and technical instructions on the usage of Cadence SI/PI/EM solution

Position Requirement

• BS degree or MS degree in Radio Frequency, Microwave, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Control Engineering, Microelectronics. MS in EE is preferred.
• 3+ years’ full-time experience in SI/PI analysis and/or RF Circuit, Microwave Component Antenna design/analysis.
• Knowledge of integration of wireless technologies such as cellular, GPS, Wifi, and NFC into products.
• Knowledge of schematic and PCB layout practices and guidelines.
• Rich experiences in using Sigrity, Ansys, ADS or CST tools are preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English for both written and verbal.
