Job Description:
- Technically lead die-to-die PHY IP development projects
- Work with the VP of Engineering, Architects and Program Manager to understand and deliver to the wide range of program requirements including performance specifications, custom features, quality and reliability standards and timeline
- Use your Front to Back IC design experience and flow knowledge to ensure the project is delivered to the program requirements
- Organize and lead internal status meetings to keep abreast about the project progress
- Serve as the technical point of contact for the Customer
- Identify technical gaps and develop a mitigation plan
- Ensure compliance with technical and quality standards
General Requirements:
- BS, MS, Ph.D. in electrical/ECE engineering (MSEE+ preferred)
- 8 years of relevant hands-on analog-mixed signal IC design experience and 2 years’ experience serving as IC technical lead
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of finfet process technologies
- Self-motivated, energetic attitude to create leading-edge production quality designs and innovate design methodologies
MUST HAVE Requirements:
- Demonstrated technical IC project lead experience
- Solid analog mixed-signal design fundamentals
- Experience working with full range of IC design disciplines, coordinating handoffs and ensuring verification is completed on time
- CMOS design experience in 28nm and lower process technologies, ideally with finfet analysis experience
Preferred Skills:
- High speed data communications design experience
- High volume manufacturing product design and delivery experience
- Technical customer interface experience
- Ability to both lead and own a small portion of the design

Compensation:
In addition to Blue Cheetah’s generous benefit package, the target base pay range for this role is between $160,000 and $225,000. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
