Engineering Coordinator

You will make an impact by:

• Providing timely responses to internal and external customers, including delivery updates, advance warning of shipping delays, shipment confirmation, order reschedules and return authorizations.
• Facilitate timely solutions to customer issues by utilizing available resources or creating procedures for resolution.
• Maintaining a competency level of product, product-specific documents, production process, and capabilities.
• Utilizing SAP order management system and other business software systems.
• Provide ideas and solutions on process improvements.
• Foster and maintain a positive customer centric environment.
• Assisting project management and planning in daily administrative tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer facing role supporting a manufacturing or distribution setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in a customer facing role in production or manufacturing setting
• SAP knowledge/experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office and business software system experience
• Associate degree in related discipline

• The pay range for this position is $48,650 – $101,880. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
