Accountant

The Accountant will assist the entity Finance Manager, he/she will be responsible for daily accounting related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, intercompany, banks and other entries. He/She will also be responsible for the piece of the month-end closing assigned.

· Maintain local daily accounting within Oracle

· Suppliers invoices and employee expenses reports review, booking and payment

· Customer receipt booking and collection activity

· Prepare and sending customer invoices through SDI

· Bank reconciliation

· Prepare VAT reports, Journal Book, F24 and other government-related returns accurately

· Maintain statutorily required documentation

· Work closely with the Finance Manager and external fiscal consultants to fulfill tax authority-related requirements (Intrastat, esterometro, comunicazioni IVA)

· Intercompany transactions – creation and review

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar business field

· Very good analytical skills

· Exceptional organizational skills and deep attention to details

· Strong MS-Office skills

· Good written and verbal English language & communication skills are required

· Proven ability to work in a global team

· Prior experience within a multinational company would be beneficial

· Prior experience with Oracle EBS system and OBIEE reporting would be beneficial

· Prior experience with Tax Advisor companies would be a plus
