? on Comparing Intel's and TSM's Nodes

I read a research report that I can't find again for the life of me (I read 3k to 4K pages a week) can't find it again that maintained Intel's nodes were superior to TSM's in density and other areas. The report went into some detail and I would appreciate any insights the community has on this issue. This is why I started including relevant links, since I have found finding them again is many times is impossible.

It seems processes of around the same time period are more similar than of same naming. So Intel 10nm and TSMC 7nm are similar and to be released next year.
