Does anyone know who can provide a non-contact electro-optical probing capability/service to check the signal integrity of an on-chip ~500MHz CMOS clock?
Need to check CMOS voltage levels, duty cycle, rise/fall times etc. This is an internal signal on a CMOS silicon chip that is wirebond packaged.
I would contact either DCG Systems (the maker of the tools that do this), or a service lab like Presto Engineering. They should be able to help you out with this type of work.
Hello Anthony,
If you are interested in more information about electro-optical probing, I can send you along more details of our services. You can contact me here at PrestoEngineering,
