Device Engineering book (not device physics textbook)

Any recommendation for a Mos/Finfet/NSheet book that would focus on device engineering (in relation to tech dev) ?
Most "device" books are actually textbooks focusing on device physics.
What I am looking for is a book focusing on the device parameters tradeoffs (SS, dibl, vt, Ceff, Ieff..., AC vs DC behaviors....) for technology dev.

Read some papers many have been written about this me, the reality is you learn the details at work.

Learn the fundamentals at school and get the rest at work.

Experienced device engineers get these as job interview questions.

@TBiggs , what are the top3 papers that come to mind ?

Interesting that no Mos/Finfet/NSheet device textbook summarizes this specific bit of knowledge ...
