Roman Duplak P.Eng., M.Eng.

Roman Duplak is a Senior Business Development Manager for SimuTech Group Inc., focused on engineering software and consulting, training and testing.
SimuTech Group is a simulation services company specializing in ANSYS simulation software as well as turbomachinery, wind turbine, and testing services. SimuTech Group is ANSYS’s largest channel partner in North America, offering a wide range of finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) engineering simulation software, support, training, consulting and testing services to engineering and manufacturing companies. It is the largest full service provider of ANSYS engineering simulation software in North America with offices in Toronto and across the U.S.

Prior to working at the SimuTech Group, Roman worked as a Business Segment Director for New Flyer Industries, North America’s largest bus manufacturer, and as a Program Manager for Boeing.

Dr. Majid OstadRahimi, P. Eng., Professor
Electrical Engineer Specialist, SimuTech Group

Majid received his PhD degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Manitoba in 2011. His Ph.D. studies and Post-Doctoral Fellowship research contributed to the broad area of applied electromagnetics, RF systems, and advanced simulations. In addition to academic work, he has been a part-time technical consultant/electrical engineer with Simutech Group since 2015.

Rick has 25+ years of simulation software experience working in multi-body dynamics, structures, NVH and Acoustics.  He spent the last 10 years with OPTIS managing the North American business working directly with optical system simulation and visualization tools
