Job Description
In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:

Validating design and micro-architectural implementation and assumptions
Performing all aspects of the SoC logic/validation design flow
Performing definition, design, and verification for SoC (System on a Chip) development through simulation and possibly emulation
Creating, enhancing, or supporting software tools to improve validation quality
Automating validation tasks in order to complete the CPU in the most efficient fashion possible

Additional responsibilities may include:

Performing logic design for integration of cell libraries, functional units and subsystems into SoC full chip designs, Register Transfer Level coding, simulation and validation of functional quality for SoCs

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering Computer Science -OR- a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year(s) of experience in:

One or more object-oriented languages (System Verilog , C++ or Java) as well as with RTL (Verilog or VHDL) and one or more validation methodologies (OVM or UVM)
One or more Scripting Languages such as Perl or Python
