Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a skilled person for IT support. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our server infrastructure, ensuring optimal uptime and productivity for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent knowledge of Linux Servers & Windows 10.
  • Excellent hands-on troubleshooting over the Linux Servers issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain windows and Linux systems.
  • Perform regular patching and updates to end users systems.
  • Responsible for the closure of the Internal IT Tickets within SLA.
  • Troubleshoot server issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions.
  • Monitor server performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Provide technical support to end users on system and server-related issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of new servers and services.
  • Ready to work in off-hours, if required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in server administration – Linux Server environment.
  • Total working experience of 4 years or more on both Windows and Linux
  • MCSA or MCSE certification in Windows Server. RHCE certification in Linux.
  • Strong understanding of LDAP, SAMBA, Scripting in Linux.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and in off-hours.
