Responsible for RF technology roadmap definition and execution
Familiar with WiFi and Bluetooth integrated circuit market development and opportunities; understand and analyze the market dynamics of key players’ landscapes
With mmWave auto radar and/or satellite communication experience is a plus
Good at customer engagement and business planning
Advise management team of market potential, penetration strategies, and customer positioning
Job Qualifications
Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field
At least 10 years of experience in IC design or marketing
Experience with N7/N5 technology development is a plus
Ability to analyze and interpret market information for strategy development
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional organizations
