The Process TTH team is made up of dynamic employees who are responsible for providing process support for Thermal Treatment equipment. Things are moving here!!!

Are you wondering about Thermal Treatment? Do you have an oven in your kitchen? At Soitec, it’s the same thing except that our ovens go higher in temperature and use different gases allowing the steps of the SOI manufacturing process to be carried out. 

Concretely, you are involved in monitoring and ensuring the reliability of manufacturing processes in our area. You will work in support of the team’s operators and engineers on continuous improvement projects. Also, to enable us to adapt our products to new generation materials, you qualify new processes or new equipment. This morning, for example, we qualified new equipment to manufacture more wafers and meet our customers’ demand.

Immersed in the heart of high technology, you will spend a large part of your time in a clean room on unique equipment. You will work on alternating week-day shift schedules to enable our products to be available on our future markets.

Working hours: Alternating day week (1 week from 5:20 a.m. to 1:26 p.m. / and the following week from 1:20 p.m. to 9:26 p.m.) from Monday to Friday

Holder of a DUT, BUT or a BTS, in physical measurements, in chemistry, in materials, or a license in the field. This is an essential background to understand the transformations of our process.
