Work content
1. Managing wafer sort and final test operations of sub-con test house and engineering data collection.
2. Interface and effectively coordinate with foundry to resolve production and quality issues.
3. Driving foundry/assembly Fabs for manufacturing yield improvement during NPI and production.
Other conditions
1. Master’s degree +3 years / Bachelor’s degree +5 years of working experience.
2. Experience in semiconductor product engineering or design for manufacturability.
3. Experience in a semiconductor production/testing environment related with WS and FT engineering.
4. Familiar with silicon foundry process and semiconductor yield/performance/power metrics.
5. Ideal candidate possesses scripting skill (Python, Perl, VBA etc.) and analytical tools such as JMP.
