Soitec Lab, our team based at CEA-Leti, carries out upstream development and prototyping activities to validate the value of the products that will drive Soitec’s sales over the next decade. To support our growth, our new projects and expand our field of scientific and technical skills to new materials, we need new talents to enrich it.

In this manufacturing process engineer job, more specifically associated with thermal processes for advanced substrates, with responsibility for managing equipment and developments that will enable the maturity of technologies and products within innovation.  

With a Bac +5 qualification in materials science, you have 5 to 10 years of experience in the field of microelectronics and ideally composite and III-V materials.

Whether you are a woman or a man in the field, you combine the curiosity and scientific skills of a researcher with the pragmatism and mastery of standards of an engineer in an industrial environment (knowledge of manufacturing processes particularly associated with the preparation of substrate surfaces).

You know how to unite people around you and communicate effectively with interfaces from different backgrounds and sensibilities, in English as well as in French.
