Heat Treatment Process Engineer (HTP)

Priscilla’s process team is made up of engineers and technicians—a young, dynamic team with a wide range of skills: heat treatment. This team is responsible for ensuring product quality during its manufacturing process in the furnaces. It’s varied, there’s never a dull moment!

Today, the company needs to strengthen its team to take charge of one of its equipment lines. This involves working on improving the reliability of manufacturing processes to produce the desired volumes within the deadlines required by our customers and with the right level of quality. 

In this context, Priscilla needs you to provide operational support to production to ensure equipment availability commitments are met. You will also be responsible for industrializing new products throughout their lifecycle, interfacing with the product development and integration teams.

In parallel, you will lead and develop the technical skills of the team of technicians in the area.

You will propose and lead improvement initiatives: qualifying process changes, implementing or improving procedures. You will participate in drafting specifications for new equipment, qualify them, and industrialize their operating procedures.

You are a woman or a man with a Bac +5 (materials, semiconductors…) with at least one year of experience in a production environment, ideally in the microelectronics sector.
