Heat Treatment Maintenance Engineer

Cléo is looking for a new profile to complete its thermal processing equipment maintenance team.

Within a dynamic team of Engineers and Technicians with multiple skills, you will organize and implement preventive, corrective and improvement actions for our production equipment.

You will bring your organizational skills, autonomy, and a fresh perspective to propose new avenues of work, complementing your technical expertise.

Beyond ensuring the availability and stability of equipment to meet customer demand, you will bring and implement your proposals to improve their performance in terms of reliability, quality, and safety.

You will also be responsible for adapting the capacity of your fleet to customer demand by defining needs and coordinating the implementation of new equipment.

As you have understood, you will be a technical facilitator to address operational challenges and lead projects as the primary interface between production, process and development on one side, and suppliers and the purchasing department on the other. 

Your mission will also include supporting the skills development of the organization’s technicians.

Challenge, autonomy, flexibility, methodology, proactivity will be the key words of your daily life. 

You have a general engineering degree with skills in mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics, and some knowledge of robotics. Whether you are a recent graduate or experienced, you enjoy coordinating and communicating, and you are able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Leadership, team spirit, and your analytical and synthesis skills will be necessary assets to manage the activity within your scope and ensure the technical link with the teams.
