Job Description: Set account strategy and lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business and engineering executions with account strategy. Manage demand forecast and planning, drive order fulfillment as well as feedback on market conditions. Strengthen customer relationship, execute sales strategies and tactics that maximize TSMC’s opportunities. Foster one-team spirit and influence cross-functional teams in different locations. Develop pricing and provide quotes to close sales and drive revenue and profitability. Drive customer satisfaction by responding to issues and escalations in a timely manner.
Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering, and two (2) years of experience in a related position in Sales, Business Development, or Foundry Business Support and Management in the semiconductor industry.
Work experience must have included: Knowledge of advanced semiconductor logic and specialty technologies; experience in semiconductor foundry’s cost model, price quotation, and demand fulfillment; and experience in customer product management from business engagement, process customization, new product introduction, and qualification to facilitate mass production as well as Fab transfer for global manufacturing.

Salary Range: $163,446 to $219,163 per year.
