Masayoshi Son, the brash billionaire who controls Sprint Corp., said Tuesday he would invest $50 billion in the U.S. and create 50,000 new jobs, following a 45-minute private meeting with President-elect Donald Trump.

Having heard Masayoshi's keynote at ARM TechCon 2016 this does not surprise me at all and I applaud it, absolutely. Given the massive consolidation the semiconductor industry is experiencing I'm hoping there will be a new wave of start-ups that will in fact... make the semiconductor industry great again.....:p
