Japan allocates $5.2bn to fund chip plants by TSMC and others
Micron and Kioxia set to get subsidies for domestic memory chip factories

Can we assume the subsidies for TSMC Arizona fab is in the similar range? Or can it be less due to cheaper land and utilities cost in US?
