I can't see why that would be needed. The whole purpose of isocell is to drive output signal to a known state when it's input is switched off. Going from AON domain to a SWD domain means the isocell input would have its input always on, so adding anything useful.

Isolation cell is not required on AON signals that going to switchable domain.
In standard CLP (Conformal Low Power) checks, warning of redundant ISO cell will be reported in case ISO cell is present on AOD signal.
