fresh graduates are usually hired from campus recruits. Else you need to have experience vineet as no one wants to spend effort in training. In India generally people tend to switch jobs very often so the ROI is less. Guess you got the point.

Wouldnt they still need to pay royalty for the main patents from Qcom ? I feel Instead of focusing on product differentiation, Apple is loosing direction.
