    Standard Specifications for SoC

    hey guys, i am working as a validation engineer for nand chips. much of specs. for voltage/time/temp we tested are either identical or similar to the standard specifications straight from JEDEC. Just wondering if there are similar standards for SoCs and/or Driver ICs. JEDEC or IEEE? thx
