Plan and track execution of radar system validation projects from project start to project completion with local engineers and according to ISO 9001 product creation process (effort estimation, schedule planning, budget planning)
Break down the overall project structure into work packages and individual tasks, using MS-Project and/or Jira/SCRUM (own task backlog, ticket tracker, risk register, etc.)
Regular and frequent interaction with local engineers
Regular and frequent status reporting to management
Drive addressing & resolving customer tickets together with customer application team
Initiate and manage project change requests.
Required Education & Experience
Technical BSc or MSc or similar degree in Computer Science, Electrical engineering or a similar field
5+ years of professional experience
3+ years of experience in automotive or semiconductor project/program management
Experience in RF (GHz) sensing or communication technologies, in PCB design and software development, ideally in automotive context is a plus
Experience with AEC-Q100 qualification and ISO-26262 / IEC-61508 functional safety standards is a plus
