Payroll Analyst

Job Description:

• Responsible for monthly payroll and payment process on salary and other compensation with high quality and efficiency
• Manage SAP accounting on payroll and related transactions/reporting
• Handle employees’ enquiry and co-work with Regional & Corp teams
• Work closely with Payroll agent / Tax adviser / Bank and Govt. authorities
• Perform compliance filings both internal and external (Tax / SAFE / Govt.)
• Assist in both internal / external audit and ad hoc assignments

Position Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Human Resources
• 5+ year of Payroll processing and relevant experience in MNC
• Familiar with SAP-ERP, Golden Tax System and IIT Regulations
• Good MS Office / Excel and Communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Strong customer service, problem solving and organizational skills
• Details orientated, accuracy, trust-worthy, good patience and good team player
