Intern – Fall 2020 – CMOS Design

GLOBALFOUNDRIES is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intern to join the Advanced Technology Architecture team located in Santa Clara, California.  In this role the intern will be responsible for CMOS Standard Cells schematic capture, Spice simulation, cell characterization and automating with Python.

Essential Responsibilities:

CMOS circuit design knowledge
Python scripting
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

Education – Graduating Senior or Junior with CMOS design knowledge
Experience – None
Travel – (0 % of travel required)
Language Fluency – English
Physical Capacity Demands – None

Preferred Qualifications:

CMOS circuit design knowledge
Currently enrolled in third year in Bachelor’s degree program.
