Baseline Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for future or current sponsorship by the company
- Preferred sophomore or later status
- Able to work from Northville, MI without relocation assistance

Sales & Services
Simcenter Solutions Team
The intern located in our Northville, MI office location will improve performance of the Simcenter pre-sales team by testing and proving out use case scenarios of the Teamcenter integration to STAR-CCM+ products, then creating presentation and demonstration collateral. Our intern will help to test new functionality, and cut down on prep time for the Simcenter pre-sales solution consultants on customer pursuits.
As part of the software sales team, you will:
- Participate in the sales process to facilitate sales of Siemens solutions.
- Support software testing of defined use case scenarios, preparing and delivering solution presentations and demonstrations.
- Learn our customer’s business processes and how the Siemens solutions can improve their business.
- Typically works under direct supervision/mentoring on specific project assignments.
- Position Requirements:
- Studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related field
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and software system. Knowledge of Linux and Windows for IT administration tasks
- Experience with programming; preferably Java or C++
- Experience with Commercial Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) Software is preferred
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to spot patterns across data-sets
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Highly developed organizational skills
- Attention to detail, driven and self-motivated
- Eager to learn and willing to work on challenging tasks
