What does the job consist?
1. Daily Operations
- Coordinate shift schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet production demands.
- Conduct shift handover meetings, providing clear communication of ongoing issues and targets to achieve.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any engineering-related issues that arise during the shift.
- Prepare and present shift reports to management, highlighting key performance
2. Safety / 5S
- Site Incident Controller (SIC), leads the CERT to respond to any emergency situations
- Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient work place is maintained at all times
3. People Development
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members to foster skill development and career growth
Requirements & qualifications
Educational Qualifications :
- Degree in Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Utilizing goggle office & Gemini AI
Personal Capabilities :
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Good team player, good communications and leadership skills
