MTBE Maintenance Engineer

As part of Eric’s maintenance/equipment group, a dynamic team of engineers and technicians with diverse skills, you will organize and implement preventive, corrective, and improvement actions for our production equipment. You will contribute your organizational skills, autonomy, and technical expertise to support the activity and propose new areas of focus.

Beyond ensuring the availability and stability of equipment to meet customer demand, you will bring and implement your proposals to improve their performance in terms of reliability, quality, safety, capacity and cost of ownership.

As you’ve gathered, you’ll be a technical facilitator, responsible for addressing operational challenges and leading projects as the primary interface between production, processes, and development on one side, and suppliers and the purchasing department on the other. You’ll also be tasked with supporting the professional development of the organization’s technicians.

You are an experienced maintenance engineer with skills in mechanics, electronics, and some knowledge of robotics. Your foundation of knowledge and your aptitude for IT (HW) will allow you to be comfortable working with the assigned equipment.

You enjoy coordinating, communicating, and you know how to manage changing priorities independently.

Having regular interaction with an English-speaking audience, you demonstrate a sufficient level to allow you to be comfortable both orally and in writing.

Leadership, team spirit, and your analytical and synthesis skills will be necessary assets to manage the activity within your scope and ensure the technical link with the teams.
