Logistics Team Manager

In a context of high activity, logistics is a key component in addressing the strategic challenges of the company and the operations of the Bernin site (24/7). Vincent is looking for a logistics team manager, working weekend shifts, to strengthen his management team.

You manage the various flows in our stores independently according to your schedule and manage the logistics agents, in compliance with the quality, safety and environmental rules in force. 

On a daily basis, this translates into the organization and operational management of activities to meet the needs of our internal and external clients: the reception and storage of raw materials, consumables and spare parts, the management of incoming and outgoing flows of our different production units, the preparation of shipments. 

You will participate in the continuous improvement of the store in conjunction with numerous internal interfaces (logistics, transport, production, maintenance, IT, etc.)

Because you are a manager, you support, develop and evaluate the skills of your employees and are responsible for compliance with quality/HSE rules within your teams.

Holding a Bac+2/3 with initial experience as a logistics manager or Bac+5, you have above all the managerial flair to create and lead a team capable of meeting the challenges of Soitec’s business.

You are comfortable with computer tools (e.g., ERP, Excel, Google Suite) and you know how to understand the complexity of internal and external flows.

You will appreciate the teamwork with many interfaces (production, logistics, transport, etc.) and your manager colleagues on other shifts.

Your excellent interpersonal skills, your rigor and responsiveness, as well as your strong preference for hands-on management, will allow you to be recognized as a true leader!
