1. Develop training plan/program based on business needs in T-Site

2. Accountable for

– NEO/ Buddy/ MFG course

-Fabs’ training development project

-The internal instructors project in T-Site

3. Coordinate for external training program application management

4. Execute other assigned projects


1. Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills

2. Solid project management and problem solving skills

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office package and written/speaking in English

4. Flexible, logical, responsible, quick learner, team player with high AQ

5. Major in HR, Business, Psychology, or related domains

6. Multitasking: able to manage complexity and dynamic demands

7. Initiative and go for extra miles & better results

8. 0-5 year experience in HR field

9. Proven track record of project management from inception to completion
