About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations to own the company’s capital strategy, investor relationships, and growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the executive team, you’ll drive fundraising, strategic partnerships, and M&A. You will  steward the company’s long-term financial narrative and be the bridge between llmda’s corporate strategy, capital, and partners.

What You’ll Do

Investor Relations & Fundraising

• Own the end-to-end fundraising process — strategy, materials, targeting, diligence, and close current and future rounds.
• Build and maintain relationships with venture and strategic investors, serving as a primary point of contact between rounds.
• Craft and lead the investment narrative, metrics, and reporting; prepare board materials and investor updates.
• Maintain a data-driven view of KPIs, cap table, runway, and the financial model in partnership with Finance.

Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships

• Identify, evaluate, and structure strategic partnerships and alliances, e.g., with EDA, IP, and semiconductor companies — that accelerate Llmda’s platform and market position.
• Source and lead M&A, investment, and growth opportunities from thesis through diligence and integration.
• Build the analytical foundation — market sizing, competitive landscape, and business cases that informs strategic decisions.

Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with the CEO and executive team on long-range planning, capital allocation, and company strategy.
• Translate Llmda’s differentiation into compelling financial and strategic narratives for external audiences.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years in corporate development, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, strategic finance, or a related field — ideally with startup or high-growth technology experience.
• A track record of closing fundraising rounds, partnerships, and/or M&A transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal-structuring skills, paired with excellent narrative and communication abilities.
• Ability to operate autonomously and cross-functionally in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and executive presence with investors, partners, and boards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Comfort with quantitative analysis, financial models, or outcomes data
• Familiarity with the semiconductor, EDA, or deep-tech / enterprise-infrastructure landscape is a strong plus.
