Director of Sales Finance

General Summary Of The Job:

As part of the Global Sales, Marketing and Services Finance team this role is responsible providing finance business partner support to the Executive Senior Vice President, EDA Sales Channel.

Essential Functions:

• Finance business partner to the Executive Senior Vice President, EDA Sales Channel
• Set priorities, lead and develop a team of finance analysts
• Coordination and timely preparation of the orders and revenue forecast
• Analyze budget variances and year over year comparisons
• Coordinate the annual orders and revenue budget process
• Provide decision analysis in support of the Executive Senior Vice President and his staff
• Lead and / or support cross-functional initiatives with Performance Controlling, Sales Operations, Order Management and the DnA team
• Ensure consistency of approach and accuracy of data submitted across all systems
• Perform monthly entity financial reviews alongside senior management
• Support acquisitions, new business ventures and organizational changes
• Coordinate the legal entity revenue forecast by providing FP&A support to the zones (and its countries)
• Provide standardized and periodic performance metrics, dashboards and performance insights

Education And Experience Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 10 + years’ experience in finance or accounting
• MBA or CPA strongly preferred
