Samsung Markets New Chip for Health-Focused Wearable Devices

From the Samsung site, it seems like cortex-m4 + dsp + 512KB flash, 256KB ram, and wide variety of analog front ends for all kinds of bio measurements.

I wonder if this means Samsung is going to attack the mcu market next ? It has certainly became easier with all the support ARM gives - mostly in the form of the mbed OS and support site.
