Hi all, can any expert share more insight statistic over the number of machines that are required for a standard front-end plant that produce 20,000 wafer output a month? How many machines require in each department? Though the number will be affected by the recipe, but any rough idea how much percentage each department stands for?

Secondary, how many robot arms (e.g Yaskawa/Kawasaki...etc) will it consists?

For any type of business or marketing initiative, management needs to determine a vision and then set a plan to achieve it. As for be great work lead generation by Belkins'. To do this, it is important for managers to look at past success as well as current trends. When evaluating these data, it is important to keep in mind two things. One is to ensure that the strategies being implemented are ones that are effective and have been successful in the past. Secondly, the marketing team should ensure that their thought leadership practices are in place to support an appointment-setting strategy that will ultimately bring about the company's future success.

Very much depend on what you want to make. That's a meaningless question to ask without knowing that first.

Few fabs in mainstream 55-65nm nodes staying at dry lithography have pivoted for "machine gun" processes with very high productivity, and can probably hit that with just 3-4 litho machines.
