PVD (Electron Beam) - Ophthalmic, Optical and Semiconductor Evaporation Processes which require Liftoff processes or novel high rates of deposition. Co-Evaporation Processes and ultra-high uniformity process with highest efficiency deposition material collection in the industry. These are Ferrotec - Temescal specialties. I have in the past Managed the Temescal Division of Ferrotec.
PVD (Sputter Technology) - HDD and Semiconductor Applications of oxide and other ceramic sputter PVD processes which require novel density and film performance into Semi Standard and non-standard substrate sizes. These are Ferrotec - Meivac specialties. I am working now with both divisions as well as all other divisions of the Ferrotec (USA) Corporation Products in the area of Strategic Business Development.
