SEMICONDUCTOR DIGITAL TWIN WORKSHOP 

Digital Twin (DT) technology has gained significant traction in a variety of industries and is now in its early stages of adoption by the semiconductor industry. In this workshop, we will delve into the intricacies of DT implementation across the semiconductor ecosystem, engaging with OEMs, platform providers, end users, and more.

Data Standards and Architecture

Day one is dedicated to establishing the foundation of Digital Twin technology through a focus on data standards and architecture. Key sessions will address the current state of standards and the necessary advancements to support DTs and fully autonomous facilities.

Equipment and Process Steps

The second day shifts focus to the practical application of DT technology at advanced/mature node & packaging within equipment and specific process steps like deposition and etching. Sessions will highlight collaborations and advancements at different process levels.
