What does the job consist?

Within the Data Quality department, you are a guardian of information related to our products and their manufacturing. Following an internal transfer, a Data Quality Technician position is available, whose role is to handle customer requests related to eData and labels (boxes, cartons, pallets).

More specifically, you will be asked to create and modify eData files (eCoA) or labels, adhering to change management processes. As a cross-functional player, this role will require regular alignment with various departments, from the initial needs assessment by the FAE (Facilities Analysis and Evaluation) team in agreement with the client, through to implementation by the IT team and the validation, acceptance, and production deployment phases.

You will also be involved in resolving issues related to the generation and delivery of edata files, whether due to insufficient data or when the data falls outside of client specifications. You will analyze the problem and then, in collaboration with various stakeholders, initiate resolution actions. Corrective and preventive action plans will also be requested from the different impactful departments to improve our collective efficiency and avoid impacting future deliveries.

The label check action in the PC approval workflow is also your responsibility. This involves verifying the customer request’s compliance with our generation system settings, and then validating or rejecting the check if there is a consistency issue.

All these activities require a deep understanding of the systems and processes at work to generate and modify edata objects and labels.

Requirements & qualifications

You hold a two-year or three-year post-secondary degree and have developed strong skills in data management and digital interfaces. You work independently and are known for your rigor, sense of responsibility, and organizational skills.

In a cross-functional environment, your listening skills and your ability to simplify your messages allow you to work effectively and you demonstrate a good ability to progress within a team.

You are proactive in proposing tools or processes and you are interested in the applications of tomorrow.

Finally, you are not afraid to express yourself in English, which will allow you to connect with your colleagues in Singapore or our FAE teams.
