Join us as an Analog Design Manager in the SERDES design team. Our designs help enable the next generation of datacenters, automobiles, and communications networks. As an analog design manager in the SERDES design team, the candidate would supervise a team of engineers responsible for design and implementation of High Speed – Transceivers as HDMI, CDPPHY, USB, PCI-Express, Ethernet.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and supervise designers in the areas of
- Custom circuit design in deep-submicron and FINFET CMOS technologies
- Design of analog circuits such as receivers, transiters, biassing blocks, voltage regulators
- Design of high-speed custom logic circuits such as dividers and clock distribution paths
- Schematic entry and spice simulation of custom circuits
- Conduct design reviews and evaluate the results of simulation and electrical characterization reports.
- Present the results of design activities, technology assessments, or critical issue investigations and make recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the team.
- Develop schedules and action plans in order to meet overall project timelines.

- Ensures that the team follows processes and operational policies for maximum design quality.
Key Qualifications:
- Post-graduate degree in analog CMOS circuit design, or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of experience in CMOS analog circuit design
- 1-2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
- Detailed knowledge of transceiver design
- Design of analog components of RX/TX such as termination, equalizers, biasing circuitry, regulators
- Design in deep-submicron and FINFET CMOS technologies
- Good communication and documentation skills
