Job Description
We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist that provides operational HR support for global and regional employee programs, ensuring efficient administration of employee lifecycle processes, payroll support, benefits administration, HR records management, compliance activities, and employee services.
The role serves as a key operational resource supporting employees, managers, and HR leadership while delivering high-quality employee experience across assigned regions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES; include but not limited to:
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain employee personnel records and HR files.
- Support payroll processing and payroll vendor coordination.
- Administer employee benefits and leave programs.
- Process employee transactions within HR systems.
- Manage employment documentation including offer letters and employment changes.
- Support employee inquiries and service requests.
- Assist with compliance reporting and required regulatory filings.
- Coordinate employee transfer, promotion, and organizational change transactions.
- Support EOR administration activities.
- Conduct HR audits and data quality reviews.
- Track and maintain HR metrics.
- Support annual HR programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS teams to ensure smooth employee lifecycle administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 4+ years HR operations experience.
- Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- HRIS experience required.
- Experience supporting global organizations preferred.
