Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations and joining a global Sales Operations Team, you will support our growing Greater China Sales Team to make sure that policies and procedures are adequately followed and that the Sales Activity is accurately tracked in our CRM system for reporting and analysis purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with enforcing company policies and procedures within the Greater China Sales team including export laws and regulations
  • Participate in the implementation of enhancements to sales processes
  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the HubSpot CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) and other sales tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system and provide training and support to the sales team on its effective usage.
  • Responsible for tracking and maintaining records up-to date (e.g repositories etc.) on a daily bases
  • Assist with planning, organizing and running in-person, virtual, and hybrid events such as Worldwide Virtual Sales Meeting and regular onsite client visits.
  • Other responsibilities as required

Requirements:

  • Experience of using a CRM and / or sales productivity tools (such as Hubspot) in a sales-based role.
  • Familiar with China Export Laws and Regulations is a plus
  • Experience in sales operations role within a tech company.
  • An understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools, including CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across the wider business.
  • Great attention to detail and highly organized
  • Proficiency and experience in the use of MS Office suite of applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
